Facing an angry sea of valued SkyHigh passengers for eight hours straight is no easy task for any of us here. Trust us. But for Trevor Ross, who wakes up to a list of self-diagnosed health issues rivaled in magnitude only by his daily dosage of herbal supplements, completing a full workday is a feat that borders on the Herculean.

Which is why when Trevor showed up to work on 2.75 consecutive days last week, we had no choice but to name him this month's Customer Service Superstar!

Trevor's reaction to receiving the sterilized and hermetically sealed plaque (per his request) was typically inspiring: "I would like to accept this award on behalf of everyone currently suffering from the following: mononucleosis, German measles, acanthosis nigricans, an eyelid tic, axial mesodermal dysplasia spectrum, Sick Cubicle Syndrome, Werdnig-Hoffmann Disease, gangliogliomia, gangliosidosis (type 1 & 3), Pagon Bird Detter Syndrome, pamphigus, Pierre Robin sequence, and a nagging ingrown hair. Now if you'll excuse me, my speech-induced dizziness is kicking in again."

Wow, Trev. Wow.

Sort of puts gripes like a few lost suitcases in perspective, doesn't it?

UPDATE: Trevor is presently taking three weeks off to cope after recently being diagnosed by his doctors as a severe hypochondriac. But he still hasn't lost his fire: "What a lot of people out there fail to realize is that hypochondria, also known as hypochondriasis, is a chronic and abnormal anxiety disorder. It's not like I just found out I had a (expletive deleted) cold or something!"
